Discogs is a marketplace mostly directed to used records collections. Used records are usually in different conditions and sell for different prices. It makes sense every listing represents one copy of a record. And this is probably the reasoning behind Discogs not providing a "copies available" option for products/listings.
But, what if a seller owns multiple identical copies of a record? Many sellers do. Either because the different copies are in the same condition or because the records are sealed and new. It's a requested feature and a question asked many times in the Discogs foruns.
To workaround this limitation sellers will usually either list one or two copies at a time and manually relist them every time one copy sells, or create one listing for each copy and publish everything in one go (and probably clog up the marketplace).
The Discogs Auto Relistings tool allows the Waxconn user to create a product and set the available stock for it. A relisting policy determines if a certain number of listings must be created at a time, or create all.
If set to publish a number of copies, every time one copy is sold, Waxconn will automatically relist it on Discogs, until the stock is over.
Discogs Auto Relistings is now available on all Waxconn Plans.
